Thank you Buffalo Bling for getting me the correct necklace after receiving the wrong one! Once you became aware of the problem, you made it right very quickly! I appreciate all your help in this matter. By the way the necklace is a BEAUTY!
I never received this necklace in my order. I received something completely different. I sent a message through shop, which my daughter suggested.
I never got a response as to how to handle this. My daughter said she would contact you and I still heard nothing. She then told me she would take the one sent and buy me the one I purchased. I am not sure if has ordered it as of yet.
My apologies for a mix up. I never received communication through my email, phone or on Facebook, so I was unaware that there was an issue. As a shop owner, I am not responsible for agreements that you privately make with someone other than myself. As soon as I was made aware, I rectified the problem immediately.
